Eligibility for Returns

Our return and refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery.

If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories (if any).

A clear box opening video is mandatory. The video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the unboxing process without any cuts or pauses

Highlight the issue (e.g., damaged, wrong, or missing product)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that show signs of usage

Items without original packaging or accessories

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Personalized or custom-made products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment or via UPI/bank transfer, as applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect product delivered

Refunds or replacements will not be entertained without a valid box opening video.

Kindly do not accept delivery if the package appears to be tampered with.
